What happened to your post count?

The new software means only interesting posts made by a member are counted now.

*sorry Greg!*

In that case I am surprised that your are not on zero PWS?

Sorry sorry sorry didn't mean that. Please forgive me for this transgression...

And yet at least one post was interesting enough for you to copy the exact same joke. Imitation is the sincerest and all that.

Like everyone else i was caught up in the Ole-euphoria, but why?Young, upwardly mobile, and playing good football.
Based on what evidence? 18 months in a league equivalent to the Blue Sq , what else.I was disappointed last night, but the more i think about it the more i think we have been lucky.

He obviously has no bottle, and his lack of experience/knowledge would have led to problems with some of our more senior players.

For me a disciplinarian, who has a record for developing young potential into great players, and playing good football is the answer..........step foward Mr Van Gaal.

OLE Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that he withdrew from the running to be the next Aston Villa boss because of family reasons.

The ex-Manchester United hero who decided to stay in his current role as manager of Norwegian champions, Molde, outlined his reasons to Villa owner Randy Lerner on Tuesday morning and revealed at a press conference this afternoon what was said.

“I had a very open, honest and very nice dialogue with Mr Lerner and he really understood my decision,” said the former forward..

Solskjaer was reluctant to make an immediate move to England with his wife, Silje, and three young children and therefore pulled out of the running.

;D Just thought I would post this. I bet a few have a go at Randy Lerner for letting us all debate about 80 pages all day Tuesday about when he was arriving.  ;D

People still won't believe it and will think it's all a big conspiracy.

Laughter and claims of family values and friendship characterized a highly unusual press conference on Wednesday starring Norwegian football icon Ole Gunnar Solskjær and his “rich uncles” at Molde Football Club. He and club benefactor Kjell Inge Røkke made it clear that they and all involved in the club had come to terms again after a week of turmoil and bitter words.......
Solskjær, meanwhile, promised that he would never put Røkke, Gjelsten, the club, his family or himself in such a position again. If, or more likely when, another club calls, Solskjær said “I’ll call Kjell Inge, and we can have another dinner.”

I feel the need to be angry, but I am not sure at who. As I dont have a specific target I am going to direct my rage generally at Scandinavia.

Furthermore, the various Mystery Men must not be privy to this as it was still 'all on OGS' into yesterday evening.

I dont blame OGS whatsoever...a beautiful picturesque small town with a comfortable relatively stress free life or the grim landscape of Birmingham with a very stressful job. He obviously isnt short of a penny so money isnt a motivational factor so cant blame him for staying put and getting his first experience of Champions League football as a manager. Fairplay and good luck to him.

I told you.   Wife's friends come round for coffee and can't believe she would go to a place full of dirt and gangsters.   It's Unsworth revisited.

There's probably video footage of that press conference where OGS is blinking SOS.

I am not sure who advised RL to go for OGS when he did , surely with the mid season break coming at the end of May that would have been the best time to make our move , it all appeared too rushed , timing is everything and I am afraid RL and PF appear to have this wrong.
