Ah well perhaps it was never meant to be. Still not renewing until the right man (whoever he is) is in place.

Only a matter of time before bob bradley is evens i reckon. :/

How much have you got on him?

it was more a comment on the wildly altering odds than a  serious statement.

I've now put £25 on him at Ladbrokes at 33/1 - I'll cut you in when I pick up the winnings.
Thanks for the tip.

OGS and his wife were taken to Mr Egg by Randy, but Ole's wife was far from impressed when she discovered it's no longer possible to eat like a Queen for £1.50. That's what my ITK (in the kitchen) sources have fed through to my control centre this morning. Randy will take Paul Lambert to I Am The King Of Balti in Sparkbrook, and the announcement will be made on THURSDAY or FRIDAY this week. Don't shoot the messenger, but the swing-o-meter has swung back again, then again, this control centre does have a nasty draught.

How come Greg's post count is only 10?
what madness is this?? dear god, at least check before coming out with this utter bobbins

I'm sure there was a distinct lack of Gnasher on these boards when we were doing well. Perhaps you came on every now and then to have a whine when we'd lost.

I don't remember you saying anything positive about Villa ever since you've been on here. Not one thing.

er no......i was on here all the time as my post count should hint at.

He's my ITK. Can you imagine a day when he's not interested, stick £50.00 on at least.

Personally, if he starts fucking us about with some kind of "yes, err, I mean no, oh, did I say no? What I meant was maybe" nonsense, we should tell him to do one.

He's a rookie manager, he hasn't earned the right to piss us about.

Thing is I'm not sure he's done that. I'm not even convinced he's said he doesn't want it.

Solskjaer Signs New Contract

After clinching the Norwegian Premier Division for the first time in their history, Molde manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been offered a new contract till December 2013, worth a reported £3,500 per week.

In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports News, Solskjaer had the following to say ...

" I am delighted to have signed this new contract, winning the league last season is one of the highlights of my career to date. Now I and the team have to build upon this success and create a new legacy for the club and its fans."

When asked on his future desire has a manager he gave an interesting answer ....

"For now and the forseeable future I will be with Molde. This is a club who hold a special place in my heart and I intend to bring all the success I can to the club. Me and my family are happy to be back in Norway after many years with Manchester in England, and I dont want to disrupt thier lives for my personal gain. But maybe in the future I would love to manage in England, but that day is not coming soon."

Fair enough I suppose, but £3,500 a week?  Is there a decimal point in the wrong place there?  I know plasterers who earn more than that.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has turned down the chance of managing Aston Villa, a spokesman for the English Premier League said on Tuesday.

"Solskjaer is no longer an alternative for Aston Villa. He has said no for family reasons," Bryan Doogan said.

I haven't got any money left. I've put it all on Bob Bradley. I'm beginning to regret it now.
