I didnt want him adam so plenty currently, but if i had, i wouldn't have worked myself up into hysteria based on nothing and then got so disappointed i spent the time afterwards getting mardy with people like you and Damon. The club told you they were looking at more than one candidate, so did pelty.  Its your own fault you're upset.

And you take great joy in pointing it out as well. It's more than likely that attitude that rubs people up the wrong way than tonight's unfortunate events.

Greg, if you had ever supported Aston Villa, in word or deed, I might be able to take you seriously.

Don't take this the wrong way Damon but fuck off

That's not really doing much to help, is it Greg?

I think something went on with the Molde chairman tonight (who sounds utterly fucking hatstand) and he's come out, decided not to go for it, and used the obvious reason.

Very odd.

I agree - I don't want to get into the realms of conspiracy theory but logically, the only thing Molde can change to tempt him is offer loads of cash for both him and his squad (like titanic amounts of cash) because they can't change the view from his office, can they? Villa have probably set their stall out, Solksjaer has reported back and Molde's chairman has retorted to such an extent that Villa can't match it.

You just want to moan, take the piss, and blame people when things go wrong. You never pay in to VP, but you feel entitled to have a say. I have no idea why, you are an emotional leech.

He's still top of the betting.

Wouldn't write it off at the moment.

She's the Villa fan, remember.  Think this could be about something else - Rokke has told him to hang out for more money for transfers?!  Well, I would - to screw the raiding billionaire!

Pure speculation, of course.  Cmon, OGS!  Cmon Randy!  You know it makes sense.

maybe just maybe OGS knows we are talking to others,
he wants the job but knows who the other candidates are, he also thinks that one of the candidates is hot favourite with Randy and feels he cant compete,
so has pulled out gracefully so not to upset the apple cart further at Molde

It is indeed folly to have multiple candidates. Pick your man and go after him, it's the best way in football.

The Doug way is indeed the best way. Multiple candidates leads to disappointment and muddle. Liverpool are getting in the same mess. American follyI think.

I very much doubt he is getting paid more at Molde than we can pay him.

Maybe substitute 'can't match it' to 'won't match it' in my post.
