Fukin shambles, we are a laughing stock yet again.

I just don't see it like this at all.  How come people won't believe our own press officer when he says no job was offered, yet they have no problems believing random ITK's on Twitter? Villa are going about things in a spot on matter as far as I can see.

Trying to keep up with the name change requests again. If we miss anyone just PM one of us and we will do it as soon as we can.

This has been a public information broadcast brought to you in sponsorship with anyone who pays me. Literally, give me something and i'll hawk you like the cheap tart I am.

Lambert won't be joining us, this will probably turn into a replica of last seasons farcical manager search. I think OGS would've been a bold exciting appointment but it looks like Lerner dawdled when the guy was desperate for the job. We'll regret this I feel.

You don't know that, though.

It was only on Friday that OGS was over here. Today is Tuesday. There hasn't been enough time to do any dawdling.

My only concern now is that this isn't about Lerner telling OGS how much money he'd get to spend (ie not a lot) and him having second thoughts.

I don't believe the family reasons thing either, to be honest. It sounds a bit obvious and convenient to me, but that's just a feeling.

OGS was a massive gamble anyway tbh
I'd go for Klinsmann personally

Because some people always want to believe the worst of the team they support. I don't understand it either.

If OGS has said no, and Lambert wasn't interested, where on earth would we look?

Rodgers isn't going to leave Swansea, Martinez will go to Liverpool if offered, so who does that leave us with?

Joe Kinnear?

Fuck that!......that was Joe speaking by the way

Don't agree with that. Lerner was speaking with him 3-4 days after sacking McLeish - Solskjaer was only one person on the list as well. I think we should keep calm about this, it was the Norwegian media keeping this rolling on. OSG has stayed for family reasons after looking like he wanted to come; you can't blame the board for him changing his mind and doing what he thinks is best for his family.

It's disapointing but we should'nt take it too personally. Brendan Rogers did'nt even bother speaking to Liverpool the other day before saying he was'nt interested.

It's already been misreported that he didn't want the job once already. Getting bored now. Might as well wait until it's confirmed. Enough of the tabloid and poor reporting already ta.
