Just led the news on TS - OGS 'has agreed to be Aston Villa's new manager'  They sound very sure!

The news item I heard on the way home on TS only said that Fjortoft was 100% sure OGS would take the job if it was offered to him.

I heard that as '110%' about 5:00ish, but things seem to have developed since then.

To think OGS went out to 7/1 on Saturday.  He is now 1/8 on with sky bet. Missed the boat big time.

I matched him at 10s on betfair on Saturday. Only a few quid though.

Isn't the easiest thing for those ITK to tell us what they know and not use code when posting.

That's been on twitter for hours.

The first sentence was as above.  No qualifying 'might'', or 'probably'.

However they then played the Fjortoft interview - '110%' etc, from earlier.

That's why I posted as I did.  They sounded sure, but the bets are still on, it seems.  Still, it is TS!

Sod all this ITK bollocks. I can confirm that Aston Villa will definitely appoint a new manager in the near future and they will be of male gender. There will be a press conference to announce this and a statement will be prepared for Pravda.

that's all well and good, Legion, but are you calling it?

Apparently this bloke applied and asked Randy to send a plane.  Randy said he'd send a saw and some nails as well if it would help him finish building that head...

Jan aage was right, lambert was the frontrunner but seems hes not in the race now, only one winner now.

Being 100% sure he'd take the job if offered is a bit different to being offered the job

What's not to say there is going to be a new favorite for the job that comes out of nowhere unexpectedly?

Just saying since the anticipation for Solskjaer is so high on here you don't want to have an anti climax.

he's still 1/8 at Sky Bet,
if loads of money goes on him then his odds will shorten automaticaly, they dont need to be ITK, the bookies will just follow the money and adjust acordingly
