The owners of Molde said they had 3 questions for OSG following his meeting with RL.

Molde have released the answers to the 3 questions they asked Ole. If he is offered the job, he will be the new manager. Lets hope they get it done.

So he'd go if he got an offer, would take two of his coaching team and would come back for 1 player

I never expected we would hear the answers to those questions but very interesting none-the-less. Right I'm off to you tube to see more of this Magnus Wolff Eikrem.

The relationship between him and his board is fast declining now.

Which is their board's fault, not his and certainly not ours! They gave OGS and RL permission to talk, what did they expect?

If Randy Lerner want OGS, I reckon he will be here, especially if the funding has gone from Molde. Quite excited at teh thought to be honest, heard a little moan from Collymore about internet fans earlier when driving, what a plonker that bloke is

Oh yeah, completely their fault. Rokke kicked up a fuss and now the board are in disarray.

Interesting answers but a terrible breach of trust. Shame for the Molde fans having to watch their club behaving so badly like this.

Is it really worth talking to Paul Lambert? We should have quite a good idea of what we would get from him and if OGS was impressive enough in his meeting, should we just go and get him?

It's early here so i've not followed the whole thread but I really don't get this.

Molde gave RL permission to speak with OGS.  They have talks.  Molde throw their toys and the owner threatens to walk away becasue of the talks.

Point 1)  How is this RL's fault?

Point 2) If you were OGS, would you want to keep working for an owner who behaves like this?

Point 3) What are Molde thinking, does the owner just want a conveinient excuse to get out?  Why did they grant permission in the first place?

Of course we should talk to Lambert. And Martinez. Why damage one club when you can damage three?

I get the impression the club doesn't have just one owner but rather it's one of their backers who has had problems with this. OGS also commented that he thinks the guy was going to pull his support whether this had happened or not.

Of course we should talk to Lambert. And Martinez. Why not cause maximum damage to one club when you can do it to three?

Fair enough as long as we don't end up damaging ourselves by taking too long to do something or risk losing what might arguably be the first choice candidate by inaction.
