I reckon swansea vs wolves could be the best game of the season, 4-2 after 35mins.

Weiman looks a better player than Gabby at the moment.

I think Weimann has the potential to be a lot better than gabby

Blimey. I know Gabby isn't doing it right now but Weimann has a long way to go and a lot of very big moments to create if he is just to match what Gabby has done for us.

Hence the use of the word potential ;-)

No I realise what you said. I'm surprised you've come to that conclusion after only a handful of starts and a couple of goals

Going on reserve performances and like for like at same stae of careers. My view is gabby has really only ever had pace. Weimann in my opinion has SO much more. Happy to agree to disagree though. Come on villa

I think he would manage 10-12 goals a season in fairness..

That might be so, but Gabby on form has been of our very best big moment players. I'd like to see that version one more time today.

2 years since we saw him though.

Wigan 3-0

For those who blacked out at the thought of Martinez, i still contend given time and resources he'll do well somewhere. And it would have been a damn sight better watching us this season too.

Gabby is a magnificent player, on his day. It's just that today it's not going at all, and this season has been poor for him.
I'd still back him, with a decent manager and team.
