Spent the morning in A&E after being taken there by ambulance - suffered severe abdominal and back pains during the night - two lots of painkillers administered - have to go back on Monday for scan - possible Kidney stone (s).

I will not be listening to the commentary or watching a stream - will tune in again at 5pm

Please Villa, give me the tonic I need

Great. Not a single forward in any kind of positive form. Madness dropping Wieman.

4-5-1 Mancini style, Gabby and Zog wide with the three in the middle all basically defensive. I'd have played Gardner myself, but there we are. That side is set up not to lose, plain and simple. Let's just hope it doesn't (even though we really need to win!).

Well, he's picked the right team, I can't fault him on that.

The team:-
Given, Hutton, Cuellar, Dunne, Lichaj, N'Zogbia, Herd, Clark, Warnock, Agbonlahor, Heskey

That's very close to the team I would have picked, now it's up to the lads to do themselves and us proud. No fuck ups please!!

I have faith.

Won't be able to blame It on playing the kids either. Clarke is the youngest at 22. Do you think he's setting it up with a midfield three of Clarke, Warnock and Herd with NZog and gabby providing width? Heskey up top on his own?

Agree with paul_e about Baker. I hope Dunne coming back is not bad news.

VCTM: if it's a kidney stone, good luck mate: I had one 2 years' ago, was taken into hospital immediately and had to pay £3.50 to watch the Villa-Blackburn 6-4 game whilst floating on morphine.
Which was nice.

I hope it's a tight three in MF; stifle the hell out of the Tesco bags.
I'm looking forward to hearing the YamYams singing "you're going down with the Dogheads" before we beat them!

Ouch, poor old you Clive. I had one in 1984 after a long hot summer spent on the beach following graduating from uni and it was very painful indeed. Back in the days when they used to put a basket shaped thingy up your you know what to try and drag it out. The first time you went for a pee afterwards was excrutiating. It was before the days of zapping them with a laser. I think I passed it naturally eventually. Used to love the pethedin pain killing injections mind you...

Get well soon mate

Right lads and lasses... we're playing West Brom at the snorethorns... Not Manyewfuckingnited or Man City. We're Aston Villa, we can beat those bunch of turds on their own back yard despite being fucking pathetic all season.

COME ON THE VILLA BOYS!!

Why dammed? If we are relying On hitting them on the break then surely someone who looks up for it and has scored a couple recently is the better option. We will need to score today to get any positive result I'm sure.
