I think there's a case for playing Heskey from the start regardless of Gabby's injury status. Just think we're struggling up front anyway so at least he unsettles defenders, can get some flicks/knock downs and help us retain the ball up the pitch and allow others to support.

Assuming Gabby makes it and Collins doesn't, I'd go:

Its important to remember that we are poor, yet we have picked up three draws against decent to average sides. Bolton are fortunately poorer than us.

The gifts we'll need to score will be provided to us on Tuesday.

I thought Heskey and Andy combined well and should start.
