We know that the kids are capable of winning the reserve league.....so by default there is a progressive coaching system within the club that encourages football to be played they way it should be...simple to feet with lots of movement......only problem is that....the philosophy doesn't extend to the first team

only conclusion to be drawn from this is that the first team coaching set up is not interested in developing a positive approach to the game !!

TBF to Heskey he's provided us with a target and brought players into the game. At least it gives us a base of getting the ball and some players into the last third.
