Gabby has no confidence whatsoever.  Blunt, toothless.

I think he's give up, so very sad to see a player that can be so much better play like this.

FFS Gabby and then Gardner. The way he turned back then and played it back was almost like he could not be bothered at all. Look the other end at Lichaj, Baker, Clark, Weimann battering themselves for the cause, you wonder if the Villa through and through means as much as is made out with Gabby. Far too many games when he looks like he really can't be arsed or is out and out sulking about something (usually out wide)

I can only base things on comments on here and the radio commentary but seems to me GG and Gabby need to be taken off at HT. It's still only 1-0 right now, a result is still there for the taking.

Do you think a Villa fan could reach the pitch if he threw a towel?

Gabby couldn't trap his finger in a door. He normally likes the big occasion as well.

It is bad enough watching it without having to listen to the Sky commentary.

I have stuck on The Smiths and feel instantly better.

All i can think is that's McLeish's orders otherwise surely he would tell him not to do it

There are UTD fans wearing half UTD half Villa scarves, please tell me there is another reason for this, than they just enjoy playing us?

Am I missing something?

They seem to be popular for all games these days, and I just don't get it. For a non-league club in a cup tie against a big club, yes. For two PL clubs who play each other all the time??

Gabby is so out of form i'd be thinking of picking Heskey ahead of him.

Can't we just play with 10 men instead?

At least Heskey never stops trying, even if he is crap & slow these days.
Commenting that you want Gabby off and Heskey on is more out of order than wanting Youngs legs broken :)

Robbie Savage just said something on Radio 5Live that I actually agreed with, what is the world coming to.

How many goals will it take to sack AM?

More wishful thinking from our ever-growing band of uber-pessimists?

Wishful? Of course.

Pessimist? No. Realist. This is our worst season in Premiership history. And worst manager.

Yes I know, but I'm hoping we can somehow claw back a goal and get a result.
You are hoping we get twatted so you can shout McLeish Out a bit more.
There's the difference.

Oh really? Is that what I'm thinking? Thanks for letting me know. He I was thinking that I'd love to win today but wondering if we did in fact lose if a large enough defeat would get AM the sack.

But thank you for filling me in on my thoughts.
So rather than just conceding one or two you would rather see us get hammered seven or eight? or just wondering how many it would take?

I'm just wondering how many it would take!

At no point have I insinuated that I want my football team to lose heavily.

Suggesting so come from the mind of someone as extreme as those he complains about. Christ
Dude, calm down a bit.  Look at the last line.  I was asking if that's what you meant, I do think that if we let 11 in he would not get sacked.

Believe me I'm calm. These Villa 'performances' have left me pretty comatose since November.

I reckon 6 goals and he's gone.
