Ireland laughs as the ball stupidly goes out of play for our last chance to get it into their box. Typical.

You could see Mcleish shouting "too deep" there as if it is the players who are ballsing it up rather than his instructions.  Christ he was right too, they were almost stood in the six yard box from a free kick in Stoke's half!

Ireland's given it all in every game he's played recently.

this has been such an exhausting season. Feels like we need to work twice as hard as everyone else just to feel any sense of happiness. And even then it comes with a free grey cloud.

Self inflicted from the moment they appointed this useless prick.

I hate what this man is doing to our club. The reason we're scrambling around desperately for points at the end of the season, right when we have an injury crisis, is because the unambitious turd was too cowardly to go for points earlier in the season.
Nailed it.

I'm just so fucking bored watching us. I have such a hard time getting excited about Villa right now. It's like the life has been sucked right out of me. I would take being induced into a coma and waking up in August. Off course, the nurse will tell me McLeish is still manager, we've sold Bent and Ireland and signed Kevin Francis and resigned Heskey and I'll tell her to put me under again.

Yep. It's a horrible feeling isn't it? My excitement has been killed to such an extent that I struggle to get angry any more. And I don't see an end in sight as McLeish is here to stay.

Why the fuck is McLeish clapping as he leaves the pitch...the man lives in a deluded reality.

I'm not particularly bothered if McLeish is happy with 15th, but if Lerner's happy with it then that's where the problem lies.

We have been shit in the second half, we should have tried to kill the game and we've paid the price.

95 minutes - i think we had one shot and it went in. The rest was spent watching Delap and Shotton wiping the ball on the shirt or Shawcross/Huth/Collins grappling each other.

What complete and utter dross, no wonder there was over 10,000 empty seats. There must be fuck all to do in Stoke if they get so many turn up to watch that shit every week?
