Ok, I'm happy to praise the club for this then although I do think it's driven by a lack of interest this year.

It looks like they are prepared to do everything they possibly can to get people to sign up apart from the one thing that would guarantee thousands of extra ticket holders. Suddenly I've got Meatloaf in my head...

I'll be renewing but cannot for the life of me wonder what possible benefits this event has.  Maybe they'll have a hynotherapist in telling folk that we're really Barcelona and get them eating onions like apples.

I've no idea what the purpose was, and was never going to go anyway, but if they really want people to go, maybe more notice than texting them on the morning of the event might be a good idea?

I haven't renewed yet and I never got the text about this. Bah! They can stick it if they think I'm getting a season ticket now!

I got a text, very good but when I tried to reply telling them exactly why I was not renewing my season ticket for the first time in thirty years it wouldn't let me.
I had a very nice book with a shirt with my name on the back though.
