1-1 Draw.  They'll be knackered with having to play 3 games in 8 days and will probably see this one as the least important, so we should be able to take a point at least.

I see Drogba has done his best to wind Benfica up.

I can see it being a tough game for them physically, which is good news for us.

In McLeish's world they are our superiors so I expect us to go for a 0-0 win again.

0-3, The shit Torres will score and run us ragged, After all they are an elite team and if we expect to beat them our expectations are unrealistic

Their record at VP is nearly as bad as ours is.

I loved that Eight Games video last season. However, the child in me was always highly amused with the "six inches in front of your face" line.

These days, Alex sees the likes of Newcastle and Everton as "elite clubs", so he probably sees Chelsea as a "megasuperelite club", to which end we'll start with Heskey playing to provide us more backbone when needed (despite the fact that this has never worked for him - not once), and be on the end of a sound beating.

Tell you something else, too, I reckon Torres to score is free money with your local bookmaker.

Even I'm having a bet on that and I don't gamble.  I reckon he'll get two.

Spot on. We don't have a shot in hell this time around. I'm really not expecting to see a single point for a few weeks, and am hoping we'll be more than 5 points clear from the drop come mid to late April.
