Can we request a postponement due to chronic injuries and no goalscorers at all?!

I know this is awful and I do feel bad for thinking it, but I'm not as hungry for a win as usual, as I just see it as prolonging a slow and painful death.
How bad is that? And does anyone else have similar guilty thoughts?

I just want the season to be over with us having a little breathing space at the end.

Easy win for them as we slip closer to the precipice.

With the news that N'Zog and Hutton will miss the game, here's the team I'd select:
Agbonlahor
Bannan Ireland Albrighton
Petrov Gardner
Warnock Collins Cuellar Herd
Given
Obvious lack of big Emile, and if he plays it must be considered a tactical tragedy at the hand of Big 'Eck. Bannan seems to obvious replacement in his position out wide on the left, with Gabby on his up front, though alternatively you could play Gabby out wide with Super Weimann leading the line, though I don't think Alex would start Weimann in such a big game.
I'm somewhat positive about this side, as two players that have come across as lethargic so far this season are forced out of the side, in a game in which we're going to need to give it our all. Hopefully this relatively young side should have little problem putting their egos aside, and will have to sweat blood to ensure that we get a decent result. A 2-1 win with an optimistic, eyebrow-raising, adrenaline-pumping performance that we've needed so badly.
Fuck 'em, we're Aston Villa.

We destroyed them at their place...why not more of the same at ours? Villa win.

Are you forgetting that they had a manager who most of the senior members of the squad didnt like which affected their team performance? He is now gone and playing for a caretaker manager whom they seem to want to play for until the end of the season. We're gonna get spanked as we are worse than them.

I think we all need to listen to what Mcleish is saying and be realistic if we think we can expect to come up against these elite teams Chelsea, Arsenal, QPR, Swansea, Wigan, Liverpool, Man United etc etc and think we can win.....
Oh hang on a second is that the same Mcleish who said in the end of the interview with the beeb that there is no team in this league that can't be beaten!?
I'm confused, Alex!
Anyhoo we will score 0 and Chelsea will score as many as they like
