I wouldn't mind Glenn Hoddle, more likely be Frank Clark.

isn't he dead? Clark I mean, not Hoddle.

I would like a triangular set up with 3 coaches interchanging from game to game and sometime during the match. The 3 should be Peter Pan, Mike Bassett and Roy Race. They should all be signed on  a 3 year contract so that we can pay £12M compensation in one go rather than 3 times over 3 years. We should also appoint Zorba the Greek as Director of Football so that he can buy all the has beens from Europe on long term fat contracts.

Joking aside we need someone like Sir GT 1. Someone who will take charge and lift us out from this mess of the last few years.

Or just go back to basics.

In a nod to our golden period pre WW1, run the thing via committee again and have a selection panel.  Seems to work in cricket.

Maybe one doughnut would be foolish enough to still opt for Ivanhoe, but hopefully the other four would shout him down. And give him a pair of Irish sunglasses.

So he is. Could have sworn he was 6ft under.

Don Barker.

He'll do a fine job up until he impales or star player on a coat hook.
