A draw and our God like manager to get does abuse and cry like a baby.Then Randy comes down from the directors box,cradles Alex in his arms and tells him the nasty people will soon go away.

Another draw and blissful satisfaction for McLeish.

2-2

1-2 defeat. They are flying, the new forward is on fire and they had a clue about how to play football.

1-3 defeat. Fulham are well organised and play decent football - Jol has done well on a limited budget, that new forward looks very good (why can't Villa unearth these players?) I'd much rather have Jol as our Manager - and to think he was available last summer.....then Randy appoints AM - well judged Randy!

Very surprised that the majority have been positive and have gone for a draw, you think were that good?

I think Fulham will beat us because they have a manager that works well with the players and has a good tactical mind, he was my choice when those iffy names started being banded about.

Dempsey and Pogrebnyak will murder us unless we start defending as a unit, Im sick of defenders and midfielders having loads of time on the ball against us, Robbie Keanne could see it why don't the rest of the team close down the opposition!

All we do too defend is drop deeper!

I cannot possibly see us winning this,their midfield will slaughter us they work hard for nonety minutes. They have quality forwards that our defence will not be able to hold.FFS it's Fulham wer're talking about, how far have we fallen.

I can't see anything other than a Fulham win. I think they will enjoy playing against us. However, I pray for a win or a draw from somewhere.

3-0 Villa, and we'll all be wondering why we thought Fulham were Barcelona all of a sudden.

To be honest i've no idea with all three results quite possible;

0-0
1-1
or 2-2.

I'll go for an exciting but unrewarding 2-2.

Some of the comments on here remind me of the Norwich pre-match thread.
