I am now reading the title of this thread as macro prototype kills season - but I am 3 pints in at Blackburn.

Richard Dunne would look amusing in the away kit.

Hopefully he and the rest of our comedy defence would refuse to wear it.

Is it too much to ask to just have a claret shirt with blue sleeves?

No checks, no lines, no patterns, no half and half shirt, no laces etc...

We have a fantastic shirt design already we should just copy the 1980/81 shirt and add the new badge.

Hopefully he and the rest of our comedy defence won't be here to have the option of wearing it.

Away kit looks like it's modelled on the dress code of a 1970s New York pimp.

Yellow is the colour of cowards.

Pale yellow is the colour of weak, ineffective cowards.

Sounds like the way the team plays at times.

Perhaps they'll be treading the primrose path of dalliance.

I can see Ronnie Corbett sitting in an armchair telling jokes in that away shirt.

Wrong shade of yellow.

I do need something to wear to Pub Golf at Uni, I'll probably get the yellow one in that case!
