Any news on Benayoun? We and West Ham were thought to be in for him.

the day has addled my brain but was a previous poster implying that benteke was birmingham bound last night and has simply been lying low somewhere today in anticipation of a deal being done?

Seems that way.

Liverpool interested as well in him apparently , doubt he will end up here.

reports elsewhere, Twitter etc suggesting Dawson to Villa.  Scott Parker being mentioned, can't see that happening. Would like both though.

I could imagine Parker at Everton . They want a midfielder .  But those two would be great with Benteke and the young signings

How the hell are QPR going to pay 11 new signings ? They will need a 65000 seater ground.

Funny that, I agree that Everton and Parker would be a great blend.

Can't see it happening but would be delighted if true- they would add quality and experience and I'd be very happy with the transfer window business if it were to happen.

I would be surpised if there are not more signings than the ones we are fairly sure of. The price of staying in the premiership went up today you cannot ignoore what your competitors are doing you have to stay in the race.
