MON would have signed only 29 year olds. Dempsey fits the bill for helping us now, whereas others maybe developed over next few seasons into the Lambert style of play.

But he'd make an instant impact, unlike the other players we've signed who are untried at this level. We need experience. Too many naive youngsters in our squad.
