Judging on Saturdays performance, we dont Paul Lambert as Manager we need Paul Daniels!!!

We desperately need a CM, and a left back!! - unfortunately on Saturday it looked to me as both Bannan, Delfonso - are totally out of there depth, Championsip players at best!

Also Nzog, apart from 1 run, and by the end of that run he was too knackered to cross the ball, should be got rid of ASAP

We need a couple of players who've been there and done it in this league. We need a few strong personalities who'll be able to rouse the troops.
I don't mind getting this lad from Genk. Up front we've got experience with Gab and Bent. In midfield and defence though, we're sorely lacking. Saturdays game was boys against men.

Which is why I would go for Reo Coker for a 2 year deal. He is not going to command silly wages now, and is very useful to have in the squad. Left back, Olsson would be the better bet simply due to his level of experience too.

I've said it before experience is only valuable if it's the right experience and if the player is technically, physically and mentally right.

Doyle, for example, has lots of prem experience, but most of it is being in a relegation fight.  He's also technically very average.

Warnock is another example, he has decent experience but is mentally shot and should be got rid of as soon as we can.

I agree more experience would be good but the idea of signing players because they're experienced to get us by for a year or 2 is what Gregory and MoN were slated for.

Lets sign talent and let them get their experience together.  KEA and Vlaar are already looking like 2 of our better players despite having no experience.

Couldn't agree more regarding Bannan and Delfonso! Lambert wants us to keep the ball and people want NRC back? Really feel we need to bring in an experienced midfielder now, Charlie Adam?

Players I would ship out on either loan or permanently are the Fonz, Nzog, Hutton and Warnock.  that free's up space for anther 4 quality additions.
