Hard to be constructive when at least half of the squad aren't good enough, the owner is never here and investment has been at best limited for some time.

This week will show us Randy's commitment to our club for better or worse.  Perhaps then you'll see people being more constructive with their criticisms.

2. Martin Laursen for Central Defender
3. James Milner / Tony Morley for Midfielder/Winger
4. Gordon Sidney Cowans for Playmaker
5. Dean Saunders for Striker
6. Dider Drogba / Alan Shearer / Gerry Hitchens for Striker

I think we need to find those sort of players in similar mould but younger of course. But that is the manager and European Scouting Director problem.
