Used to hear them often when I lived in B32. Not only shouting but blowing a horn as well.

B32 is still rocking it with the horns and even music now like they are an ice cream van - I live by the reservoirs where the country lanes start and there's 3 lots of them doing it, with at least 1 of them coming round per day, 2 of them was doing a second sweep round yesterday evening and they're even round on a Sunday.

Can't remember the last time I heard the plaintive cry of the Rag and Bone man. Same can be said of the ' Any old iron' shout by a bloke driving a pre war Bedford.

We have had them come round by us every now and then, too, for about the last six months. Hadn't seen (or heard) them for years previously.

I read that we had agreed a deal with Milner last night.  Checked this morning to see where I read it and it turns out I dreamt it.  Slightly worried that I am dreaming about Villa signing footballers.

I just find it surprising that Jewell has came out and mentioned that we've made an enquiry. I think he's just egging us on to make a higher bid, which, we might do. Not an ITK.

I saw that stated somewhere over a week ago Wigan winning race for him and they have apparently put a £4m bid in now.

Apparently we've opened talks with Ron Vlaar again now we're back in England.
