This move (if true) makes no sense to me

Scratching my head over this one. Maybe we re-signed him then loaned him out so his wages are covered so that we can sell him on and get a transfer fee rather than see him walk away for nothing?

that site is very unreliable for information usually. they run sections on mma, wrestling and most other american sports and are usually wrong on most things they say. just an example they said that there was absolutely no way Brock Lesnar former ufc heavy weight champion was going to come back to wwe. that very night he returned. so personally i dont belive it for 1 second

I like the approach we seem to be taking in the transfer market were by we mix young players from the lower leagues with cheap technically gifted players from the continent.

I must admit to a wry smile when I read all this stuff about PL signing players from the continent. He seems only to have dealt so far with the Dutch League. When he was at Norwich, this was the essentially the next County to the east, and closer than Manchester. Even MON went as far as Scotland.

I saw him interviewed (Marshall) on avtv the other day, and it occurred to me that I'd never have recognised him prior to that.

So if we get cresswell and Vlaar in, will that be it?

We seem a bit short up front, maybe that is why fonzy is getting a run out.

I think that coming in Bertie had a good idea what he needed in the defensive department, which I include KEA in as a DCM, so I think Concrete Ron and Cresswell, or similar, will finish that part off.  What he was probably less sure of was what he had in the forward area, given the uncertainty of who wasn't good enough and who was simply suffering from the shackles of TSM.  So I think we may see a signing or two after the LB and CB are sorted, which will be driven by what he has seen in pre-season.
