To finally get rid of Heskey and to go out then and buy Bendtner would reduce me to tears.

Would'nt want Bendtner, he's Ibrahimovic without the talent.

I'd rather fellate a rhino than sign Bendtner. We've just got rid of Heskey why sign the white version?

I'd like Bendtner. Potential to be a dangerous striker.

I have more potential to be a dangerous striker than he does and I gave up playing seriously about 20 years ago

I don't know, he always seems like too much of a joker.

And Stephen Ireland could be their mad Irish cousin.

It's certainly an unusual family tree.

The Mitchell Bros has nowt on Draper, Wright and Stone Cold Steve Stone.

Bendtner is crap. No thanks.

Wouldn't say he's crap, but he certainly thinks he's better than he is. He's worth considering.

We need a big forward and we have to consider who is available and at what price.

I hear what you are saying but I'm going to have to stick to my earlier assessment of him.
I wouldn't take him even if he was a free transfer.
He is woeful and a bit of a plonker as well. I'd rather let Weimann or Delfouneso have a crack at making a starting place their own than see us lumbered with another waste of space after we just got shot of one.

Defoe has put in a transfer request at Spurs.. We're obviously linked but would a Bent/Defoe partnership be harmonious?

They didn't play well together at Spurs, no reason to assume they would here. If we didn't have Bent, I'd be open to signing him, but as it stands.. no thanks. West Ham bound, I imagine. Maybe even MONderland.

Never was at Spurs. Don't really see why it would be here.

So we would have 2 people standing up front doing nothing...........

There will probably be some news tomorrow about Cresswell break tomorrow. Based on nothing more than the fact that the two times I've had hospital appointments we signed KEA and Lowton. I've got another appointment tomorrow so something's bound to happen.
