No, it's just that 2012 and 2013 there are two in a row as they are moving to odd numbered years.

So 2013, 2015, 2017.

Thanks, so we'd lose them next january just as the team was getting into gear possibly.

El Ahmadi, Howson, Clyne, Taylor and Whiitingham all linked over the last week.  All would be good signings and fit in to the young and hungry category that Lambert mentioned.  Collins, Warnock, Hutton all being linked out.  With Paul Faulkner said to be at his desk on Monday, hopefully we'll see some deals done this week. Be great to have signings made by Thursday, when the players report back for training.

More Tweeting, don't shoot the messenger. Lambert really wanted Howson but doesn't think he will get him. Whittingham is the back up but Hutton to Cardiff may figure in that deal.

I really wouldnt mind Whitts coming back. Definitely will give us more quality than we currently have and would also give a shit and give 100%. If its in a straight swap for Hutton then that will be even better!!
Would like Howson, he made a real impact last year after joining from Leeds. Very underrated player

I have a car availiable, and will drive it myself to ensure safe transit of the 'goods'.

I often looked at Downing and wondered what we gained by selling Whittingham and buying him. Other than the gratitude of a few people in Cardiff and Middlesboro, I am still not sure.

No doubt Hutton will figure as the makeweight in the deal, if it comes to fruition. Taking wages into account we might just about break even on it all. A bit of a circus really.

I wonder if Chelsea would take Dunne and Collins in part-ex for Cahill.

Whittingham is the definition of the word average. No thanks.

Far better now than when he left villa, scores goals and id rather him than albrighton or bannan .

I dont think he's average, I think he'll be a useful squad player, he won't play every game but he can put in a good ball

With the squad we have at the moment a few average signings would be an improvement.

You could have probably said that about most of the Norwich team but with the right manager average players can make a decent team

West Ham have signed George McCartney (again) from Sunderland (again), so that'll maybe rule out a move for Warnock.

Albrighton and/or Bannan could easily develop to be a better player than Whittingham. He must be about 30 by now, he's not going to improve and he goes missing in big games (eg League Cup Final and play-offs).
