Milner and Johnson have both been used during the season but both have been left out when the big games came along, with City spending big again this summer they will both have to move to get game time but who can afford them? How much did they pay for Milner? over 20 mil wasn't it, good player that he is he is not worth that kind of money. No matter how much your being paid there's no Kudos if your not selected for the big games.

I'd like Medo from Partizan for midfield's passer-enforcer role.

Wasn't it £18m + Ireland valued at £8m?  That's what I'd always thought.

Now this sounds familiar...

'Daily Hate: Sunderland manager Martin O'Neill is considering moves for Wolves striker Steven Fletcher and Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand.'

£85,000 per week, seven-year contracts for both presumably.

Bertrand is a good player. I'd be considering him for a loan maybe ourselves (as well as getting a permanent left back perhaps). I doubt Chelsea will be looking to sell him.

To be honest i've only seen him play two or three times and I haven't seen anything to impress me.

Fletcher is a good striker. He'd be a good signing.

Isn't it a bit early for MON to be looking at transfer targets? It would be more credible if these names were being linked in late August.
