Blackburn are a really poor side and at times they make us look desperate.

Blimey, they really are rubbish. It's a bit harsh to say "why aren't we more than one up", but the dropping deeper is getting irritating.

What time do you think Heskey will be on?

LoL my thoughts exactly, At least Keane had some effect at halftime which is more than McLeish usually has when we need to step up.
I wonder how he will respond ....I think we all know the answer

Petrov is out on his feet, his reactions have gone and he looks totally flat-footed.  Needs to be subbed but I guarantee he'll be on for at least another 15minutes, this is where McLeish shows his lack of tactical awareness.

I'd take off Gabby and give Weimann the last 15-20 as well.

You can tangibly see Blackburn can sense that we are letting them play.

GABBY, I demand a goal.

It really is infuriating.

When we play a side who chase the ball down and actually try to get it, we retreat into our shell and drop deeper and deeper and invite them onto us.

That'd be Mcleish's management, instead of going for the kill we curl up into a ball and hide.

I'd disagree, Gabby is a better all round player than Bent, but his movement in the box is not as good. I'd even say their finishing is on par, Bent misses sitters too. Bent just has that brilliant ability to get in that space more often so gets more chances to score. Owen was like this, he scored lots of goals but also missed a lot too.

Albrighton's not done a great deal today.
