The lads deserved better than that.

The search for a penalty taker continues.

Bannan's penalty was as good as any you'll ever see.

Dominated the match. We missed Weimann.

No worries. Not like the reserve league title is actually worth anything.  ;D

Ship out half the first team and put these lads in. We'll probably steam the league.

Oh well, we've won the league something like 4 times in 5 seasons so let's not be too greedy. The main thing is that the next manager gives the lads a chance of making it.

I'd love us to be successful with a minimal number of mercanaries in the first team.

We were by far the better team there, we squandered quite a few chances throughout the game unfortunately.  Oh well.  I'll content myself with the knowledge that our lads genuinely looked a different class to their lot. Gary Gardner looks to have lost a little bit of form and confidence but he will be back, no doubts there.

Shame we didn't win, but well done anyway the reserves.

Decent turnout from Villa and nice to see Marc albrighton sitting with us.

The petrov applause was carried out on the 19th minute.

Again, well done to the players for doing so well again this season.

what's with the fucking two step run ups?!
You've got to be good to get away with them. Otherwise, you look a mug.
Second half should have buried them.

I see they have removed that banner than showed how many years since City have won the league.

The south Stand, that used to have Old Trafford Manchester on the fascia, now has Sir Alex Ferguson Stand across it.

Bannan's getting loads of stick from Manyoo fans on Twitter for cupping his ear to some kids who were booing him before his penalty.  Shouldn't have fucking booed him then should you, you Cornish pricks.  Perhaps he should have done a Cantona instead, they don't seem to mind that after all.

Just back after a few post match beers and thought we played some really decent stuff second half with Carruthers, Johnson and Bannan all playing well.

The defence looked solid but thought we looked a bit toothless up front without Weimann and not entirely sure how Siegriest failed to stop that first penalty.

All in all a refreshing to change us pass the ball around rather than the usual shite served up by the first team.

Was sat with the home fans and really enjoyed Bannan giving them a bit of banter back after scoring his pen - the average age of them was only about 11 but very funny nonetheless!
