It is obvious that we will play a different game in the absence of Darren Bent. I am convinced that we will stuff them.

I so hope you are right. If you are I will pay for every copy of your H&V until the end of the season.

No need for you to do that. It will be a victory for us all.

Lichaj is now fit and i have been hoping he will come into the frame sooner. Before his injury he looked really effective, and will offer a much more positive role than Hutton. This really is time for Nzogbia to step up to the plate .................

Heskey will start, N'Zogbia will be on the bench, we'll play a 4-5-1 with Gabby up top and he'll legitimately get the ball twice. I can't wait for this awful game to be over with. Maybe we'll score, but probably not.

If he plays Heskey left midfield, I think I will cry.

Herd needs to join Petrov and Gardner in a three man CMF. With this as the base, we can expect a far more solid performance compared to that at Wigan.
Then, it's moot as to who plays wide - N'Zog and Albie would certainly work for me. Surely McL has now got the message that the Heskoid ain't going to do it!?

I'd pick Ireland over Gardner i think, we'll need a bit of quality in there to get the ball  out wide and through to Gabby.

I was confident before the Wigan game that we would get a win. I feel totally the opposite about this one though, I’m going 2-1 to Blackburn but I really do hope I’m wrong.
