I understand the scepticism regarding my post.

Assuming my mate reported what was said accurately, I can only assume that AM not picking Carlos, when fit,
was something to do with thinking that CC wouldn't be staying because of his contract situation,
and preferring to use the players still here beyond the summer.

Further to this point, however, my pal reckons that AM can't go public on what he thinks of certain others as he wants to try and sell them in the summer.

Are these players involved with the team?  Do you know who he is referring to?

Good news if they have started contract talks but will Cuellar want assurances that he will be played at centre half?

No idea.  The club should never agree to such demands any way.

If its players who are trouble then I can think of 3 from what I've heard, Collins, Dunne & Warnock

Interesting.

Cause most trouble or most hated by the fans?  It seems a bit of a coincidence that they're the ones causing trouble and also making the most mistakes.  I'm not saying you've not heard these rumours but it would not surprise me if they've been created/exaggerated to support the fan's agendas.

(Apologies in advance if you've heard this from inside the club)

I hope this works out and he signs again. He is not the ultimate centre half but he is the best we have had since Olly and Laurssen. Clarke is likely to benefit more from playing alongside Carlos than the other two in my view.

The players AM mentioned selling would match the consensus on here and elswhere, although from what I was told it's about ability, not trouble-making.

I hope he signs on for another few seasons.
He's a better left back than Warnock at the moment, can play right back and in the centre.
Sign him up.

Not much disagreement there either.

Whilst i don't like seeing players get injured, i'm glad Carlos is going to get a deserved run in the side, his attitude has earned him that if nothing else. As for a new contract, it would be a good move.

I like Carlos, has been very unlucky to be dropped as soon as the calamity sisters are fit, decent centre half, be good to keep but I would like to see him get a run in the team.
