It was a genine first post, not a piss take, i normally go on the villa mad site, not this one and don't know what these recent discussions were about.

I do require a ticket still though, this is cause i didn't expect it to sell out and left it too late to get one, my own fault really, but would like to be there

Police have confirmed that there will be no pay on the day, and all tickets are sold. All pubs in the area are fine for away supporters.

No idea. It might be that they think our previous record when taking loads to that area (notably Blackburn) isn't too good.

Ok, i see your point about wanting a ticket, but the piss take bit was about me being an existing contributor posting under a different name, not asking for a ticket, if you know i've been a member on here for 2 years, why didn't you also confirm that i am not taking the piss about this following recent discussions on here

So we haven't played for a fortnight, tickets are cheap, it's an important game and by the looks of it , once again, the ticket office haven't taken enough tickets. I suppose they assumed season ticket holders usually travel away so they thought it wouldn't matter if any of them were unhappy.

Perhaps one of us should suggest innner city school kids might buy a £10.00 ticket for a game against Man U at home in the future if they're encouraged to go to cheap away games and then we'd take our whole allocation.

For those of you who work in customer service, like me, think of how Villa treat it's best customers and convert it to your business model. Then do the opposite.

Dave, I thinl your right. Our Blackburn reccord isn't great. We were a bit lairy at Citeh this season and Blackoool last. May have counted against us?
