A quick question about booking history
« on: February 19, 2012, 01:21:48 PM »
So I was hoping to purchase some tickets for the Blackburn away game on the 3rd of March, with tickets being available to all supporters with an away booking history tomorrow.

Now this season I brought tickets to the pre-season friendly away at Walsall, and being as the customer lines at the Villa are off on Sundays, I was wondering if anyone on here can tell me if this counts as away booking history? it's listed as an away game in my account history but I'm a bit concerned that being as it was a pre-season friendly it might present different circumstances or what have you.

Yes it should count.  It doesn't specify an away premier league booking history - just an away history so you should be absolutely fine.

Another question about booking history... I have a home booking history, but not an away one (last away game I got tickets through Villa for was Fulham in 2008) but when an away game goes to home booking history, I log in and it says I don't have the correct privileges on my account  ??? Confused.

Suggest that you give the ticket office a call on 0121-327 5353 in the morning and select the 'away' ticket option. They're always very helpful and should be able to sort this quickly.
