Hey Alex, thought id reach out about the up n coming trip Randy has organised,
we will kick off with a breakfast meet, and really get our arms around the exciting challenges we face on our journey,
We can then have some face time at the training ground and my guys will perform a walk through of the facility. Our next stop will be an inter active game theory presentation and we can express normalising the imperative towards inducement of positive interactions in game play situations. We are really looking forward to getting your feedback but we will do the heavy lifting here. Have a nice day.

Brilliant!!!!!!!

I see no harm in this whatsoever. If it stops us getting so many injuries or we learn some way of convincing Richard Dunne to diet then that's fine by me.

No - you've got that all wrong. He's gone over there to get the Brown's to sign Dunne as a offense linesman - fits the physique perfectly!

Regardless of what's going on around us this a reasonable trip to make. You can learn from others and these days sport is approached  in a very precise way and it's good to share best practice  on fitness, rehab, and training methods.

Do we know if first teamers are bonding somewhere?  I heard they were not due back in for training until Monday 20th.

God  "Best Practice" do you work in PR/Human Resource. Still  at least  "workshop" doesnt appear in your post

But Ive just noticed "bonding does!!!  Way to go guy.

haha..
If you don't mind I would like your  mentoring   as a lifestyle  coach. Hopefully we can touch base frequently to bounce positive vibes of each other helping to build a relatioship bridge of  mainstream thoughts that provides an effective path to win win scenario.

It made me smile too.

Maybe the thinking is, if you put two negatives together you make a positive.

One of the comments says that MON visited Cleveland.

I don't remember any fuss being made at that time

I think Randy called Eck something and Eck misheard him.
So Eck has gone to find out what a useless punt is…

MON was doing a good job.  Ok his first season wasnt the best but we all had a sense of optimisim and knew he would make signings to take us forward.  Eck has better players at his disposal and still gets it wrong 9 times out of 10.

Therefore doing the same thing is wrong.

Quite, M'On was/is a limited manager in many ways, but imagine if he had players of the quality of N'Zogbia, Bent, Ireland, Dunne, Keane, Given etc avalable in his first yr, i dare say we'd be a trifle higher than 15th in the table.  Look how well he has got Sunderland going with their bunch of cast offs like Bentner, Larsson, O'Shea, Gardner, Brown, Bardsley, Richardson etc.

He's fucking great with someone else's team. It's when he buys his own the problems start.
