I really like everything that I've seen of Gary Gardner.

Bit dull so far, isn't it?

So dull I've taken to updating my LinkedIn profile purely to have something to hold the attention.

Heskey on the wing makes me so fucking annoyed.
Heskey on the pitch makes me mad.

Ireland on the wing at least still has the ability and vision to do something. Heskey has the power of tumbling.

I'd like to get to a point where we no longer play counter attack at VP. Oh for the days of Big Ron when we used to really have a go at teams at home.

Despite several opportunities, Heskey has has remained un-floored for 15 minutes. So far, so good.

So far on 5Live, Alan Green has managed to slag off Heskey, Bent, The Villa fans, McLeish, Our creative talent, and the weather. And we're only 16 minutes in.

We look like a team who isn't even going to get a shot on target, nevermind score. And we're at home.

The stupid thing is, we had a go at Arsenal, and despite losing - incredibly unjustly - we rightly got applauded off the pitch.

It's all very well for people (and the media) to bang on about how he used to manage Blues / we shouldn't boo yada yada yada, but the fact is, if we have a go at people when we can, he'll get people behind him.
