Some blues fan just rang in having a massive rant & must have said “at the end of the day” 20 times in about 3 minutes

I never usually listen to WM but did for about fifteen minutes between six and seven tonight. I only came on to this thread to post about exactly the same guy you have posted about! If anything your estimate of him saying it 20 times might be a bit conservative. He also came out with the line " at the end of the day, attack is the best form of of attack" . But I knew what he meant (at the end of the day).

That will be the infamous Paul.  The words ‘at the end of the day’ are closely followed by ‘you know, you know, you know, you know, you know,’

There was one Blue Nose on there who said 'fundamentally' about 6 times.
yes but could he spell it?

Polly’s back and she’s suggesting that if Grounds had played they’d have won. Bless her.
Polly does sound old but I have to say she annoys the fucking life out of me. She's a bitter bitter nose of the highest order. A one eyed, jealous villa hating cnut. Sorry but I had to get that off my chest.

See that Polly. That's your girlfriend that is . That is the bestest looking girl you ever been out with that is. You love her and you want to marry her.

I listened all the way through tonight for the first time in years. It's like a really bad Soccer AM for grown-ups.

But will she put the kettle on?

That is the crux of the matter, when all is said and done.

This must have been the worst Saturday in Paul Franks' career. Every result went against him.

He sounded terribly down when he handed over to Daz at Fulham.

He didn't sound too happy at the end of our match, talked about "disastrous" defeats for the others and and introduced the phone-in with, "Well, what can you say???" You can talk about us winning 4-2 away for a start.

I remember listening to WM a couple of seasons ago in midweek when were up at half-time (I think it was at Palace when Benteke scored a solo effort) and he was at the Albion and they had just let a one goal lead slip and were 2-1 down.  I remember it because he sounded genuinely angry and upset and just couldn't hide it.

Not long to go till we ca all play Monday night WM Football phone in bingo.

Mark off how many times Paul the nose says " at the end of the day" and you know'

Tick them off as Pete says "he's gotta goo mate" " I said to my son....." "I'm 66 you know"

and piss yourself laughing at Polly blaming everyone apart from anyone associated with the noses as its not their fault and somehow its the Villa's fault for well, being the Villa.

Not forgetting the hyperbole of Paul Franks' 'THEY HAVVVVVVVE TO GO UP THIS SEASON, THEY SIMPLY HAVVVVVVVE TO.'
