We'll give ourselves every chance if we have a night off from giving penalties away.

I can't make it tonight as working in the Smoke so we will win...

I reckon he will start with the same team as Sunday. Would like to see N'Zog given a run though but at who's expense?

Villa 2 QPR 1 - (Villa 2 up and holding on at the death)

Not sure whether N'Zog is fit - late fitness test according to Physioroom. My guess is he'll start on the bench at best

3-0 Villa win, Heskey scoring all 3 to answer his critics in the best possible way. We didn't manage to unload him on to any poor fools yesterday did we?

I hope we win obviously, we need to but i fear a dour 1-1 draw, Bent for us and Zamora if he plays for them

Zamora can't play, would have needed to have been signed by 11am yesterday I think. Cisse can however.

Sadly I predict another home draw, the Arsenal defeat will have affected an already brittle set of players so expect a shaky performance with us just squeezing a 1-1, please let me be wrong.

Yes, there is little confidence in playing at home or keeping hold of a lead or keeping a clean sheet at the moment but they have to get over it at some point and I think we'll nick this by a goal so... 2 - 1.

After both sides got knocked-out of the cup at the weekend it would have made sense to switch this game to the next cup weekend when both teams will be now idle. The club would have made more money and it would have suited both sets of fans better too. I guess there wasn’t enough turn-around time to organise it after we got dumped out of the cup on Sunday.

A win is bloody important tonight, takes us up to 8th and away from being a relegation candidate.

Please, leave Heskey at home AM, please.

Have read somewhere that Mark Hughes has never won a league match at Villa Park, so in this ever depressing season at Villa Park i take Rangers to win 1-0 with luke young bagging the goal

.  Backpassing to Given to hoof up the pitch in the hope of getting to the forwards is so laughable it is almost pathetic.

I cant believe how many times they do this . It frustrates the hell out of me.
