Just checked in lads. Looks like we are lucky to be level. I hope McLeish blows up this defence in the summer.

i hope hes not here in the summer!

So do I.

It's all very well talking about playing good football, but we remain a truly shit side. Four home defeats in a row, five in six, is nothing like acceptable.

This performance sums up exactly why I saw no point in the e-mail the other day, was all nice words but the performance has been just as shit as we've got used to.

How come every time we try to move the ball from one wing to the other, it has to go through one of Dunne/Collins or even both first, rather than straight across the midfield?

We keep passing back to the defence, because there appears to be nothing in midfield.

And seriously, why does he want to keep Collins? He is a fucking shit footballer if ever I saw one. Houllier wanted rid of our back 4 because he was intelligent.

Well y'all better get used to the fact he's going to be here.

I know he is. he'll still be here if we get relegated, unfortunately, because Lerner is never going to admit he's made a mistake.

Commentary is pissing me off aswell, all about how quiet the crowd are as if it's the supporters fault we're playing poorly.  I agree the fans can make a difference but after 5 defeats in 6 at home the team have to do something to get the crowd onside.

It is still the most mystifying decision ever in football to appoint the baffoon. He has to go. Please god.

Why the hell was Gabby not coming in then? He gave up on it totally, not a great ball from Bent, but Gabby rather than running into the danger area just stopped with his arms out.
