"there have been plenty of rumours that Darren Bent will be leaving Villa this month"

That's because he's started most of them.

That is quite odd, I agree. He says there that he doesn't know where Bent would go yet barely a week a go he was saying that Bent to Liverpool was a done deal. I reckon Alex and Ku Klux Kenny have had a word.

''Selling club'' has got to be the laziest term in football. When the price is right every club is a selling one.

You have to buy two to use it, though.

We will win this one.
2-1 , Gabby & Keane for us. Tim Cahill header from a corner in the 83rd minute for them.

This will be a cracker.

Reason I say that is because you have 2 sides both desperate to win, 2 managers both desperate to get the bragging rights on this, both teams fighting for superiority of there respective positions in the Premiership, should be a real good battle.

So a 0-0 draw it is.

You should apply to the club's marketing department. I'm finding it very difficult to get motivated for this. Perhaps the suspense will build during the annoyingly long train journey from Aber.

I'd like us to go for Keane, Bent and Gabby up front with a midfield 3 of Petrov, Ireland and Clark, have N'zog and Marc on the bench to change it if we need width.

But narrow! Unless you're going to ask keane to play wide-ish right? I'd play one of the wingers over keane, probably CNZ as I think he's looked quite good of late. Just not sure of the right formation to play.

No way is Mcleish going to start with Keane. The players he starts with up front will be aware that Keane will be brought on around the hour mark for the most effective impact. So hopefully they will put everything into there shift. 2-1 Gabby - Collins. Cahill for them .....

So 4 3 3 then?  Not so sure about that.

Confirmed by Mcleish, Keane on the bench and Given starts.

He has also admitted he risks losing Guzan when his contract expires in the summer because of this desicion.

I'd have kept him in personally but we are not thinking long term are we.
