To be honest, selling 5200 tickets for an away game to a team we play year in, year out, is fantastic. Especially givne it is only the 4th round of the cup and at 4pm on a Sunday. If it had been 3pm on Satursday I think we may have sold the entire 9000.

Yeah me too.

Not if the club don't request the entire allocation.
Tilton Road Stand - Troll, how can you criticise the Club's ticket arrangements when you had no intention of going?

If we took the full 9000 I might have gone.

I'm curious.  Why only if we took the full 9,000?

Because if the club were struggling to sell them I would have gone rather than have an empty seat at the Emirates.

Did you not want to go anyway?  Do you not want to support your team?  What more could the club have done to assist you?

I can understand people not going to a game because they can't afford it, or it's on TV, or they just don't fancy it – but I've never heard the excuse before that "I'm not going unless we sell 8,999 tickets!"

Can we have a new thread entitled 'TRS-T and dazzyg:The gift that keeps on giving'?

Ahh shit, I didn't realise we've only taken 5,200. I've got a ticket, but I can't be bothered now.

Just got the coach tickets. 11am seems a bit early. Will I have enough time to meander for a beer once in the smoke?
