gabby for heskey. gabby's done very well against weaker sides this year, so here's hoping. I predict he'll score within 10 minutes.

Didn't the useless eejit only last til half time in his last match?  About the only redeeming feature of Heskey is that he picks up knocks every other game thus meaning he doesn't get prolonged runs in the side.

Told you (alright 20 not 10 minutes)

Nice finish from Gabby. Anyone notice Bent run over to celebrate that one with him.... no thought not. There is an issue with them too that we need to solve.

I thought that, too.

Houllier might be a cock in some of things he said and how he went about certain things but he picked out a lot of weaknesses in our squad very quickly. Warnock being an England international tells you all you need to know about the state of our national game. Houllier stuck him in the reserves which is just about his level.

This season has provided a few pointers to Houllier having been right about a few things.

Budweiser man of the match - should we troll them and all vote for Warnock?

Lets get gardner and weimann on for 25mins, no point lauding the kids/academy if we can't give them pitch time against league 2 opposition with a comfy 2-0 lead.

His failure to use the kids more at times like this is my biggest thing against mcleish, we need to rely on these kids but he's not willing to give them gametime so we pick the same handful of experienced players week in week out regardless of form, fatigue, formation, etc.

Yep

There's zero chance of not winning this, let's give the kids a run and rest a couple.
