"Oldburyite" in the comments comes across as a wanker.

We 'poached' him off Spurs. Has been at Villa about a year now. Worth fighting for him. He will play at a decent level.

The home office need to sort themselves out (not because he is a villa player or anything).  At the end of the day, he has been here from a young age and looks like he will definitely making a career from football.  Once he earns a professional contract he will be paying tax just like the rest of us and not sponging off the government.

This however did make me chuckle.

I know none of you will be surprised, but whilst waiting at the bus stop in Oldbury, the Meaning Evil's billboard screamed out 'VILLA STAR TO BE DEPORTED'. Knowing them as I do I thought I bet it's a fringe player like Habib Beye or someone like that, but no, it's a youth player no-ones heard of.

Yes, he is. I saw him in the FA Youth Cup at Brighton. He was captain, and a strong, aggressive central defender.
