I think that's the team I'd have picked, but it's not without risks of course. Is Petrov really fit? Can CNZ reproduce his recent form, on the right, where I presume he's playing? Can Bent offer us what we need from a lone front man?

Really looking fwd to this. We may need to be patient. Swansea sit deep and keep the ball well. Might well be 0-0 at half time.

Sounds good.

Let Albrighton have a run at them in the second half.

I'm happy with that team, if we are doing well I'd like to see Gardner get a chance.

Swansea seem to be resting half their first team.

Can't complain too much about that.

Looks a good line up, also glad Petrov's fit. I'm feeling very positive about this.

Very risky team selection, Swansea have rotated against spurs and again today.

I'm glad it's still attacking though and no Heskey.
This is our absolute strongest team, so come on lads!!!

Up the Villa.

I hope we stick to the same formation as last time around. They could put Ireland on the right and play 442, but I thought we had a really good shape against Chelsea and Arsenal. Plus Swansea will have 3 in central midfield.

Gabby will step into Albrighton's place I assume. The exact right move. Absolutely thrilled McLeish has stuck with the trio of Ireland, Stan and Clark. Clark is really allowing Petrov the room to shine, and Ireland was fantastic last time out.
