Time to start thinking of a push for the top 4?

Fantastic result wasn't expecting that I just hope we stick to how we have played in the last few games.

My missus isn't going to be very happy tonight.

the futures bright, the futures claret and blue.

Pleased with the whole team, special mention for Ireland, great game
Very special mention for GG first game, what a pass.
Very very special mention to gabby. I think he was the reason chelsea kept there fullbacks in check a lot. He had Terry and Luis scared. Probably my MOM

Happy New Year to all of you

Definitely. And if Man City stumble like the other lot have today, then the skies the limit.

It's all about attitude. Be it the whole team or just the likes of Ireland it doesn't matter, have the correct attitude and the belief will come and so will the results.

Whatever happened between the Liverpool and Arsenal games it has transformed the season.

Absolutely spot on. I get the feeling that the players had little faith in the manager though that changed with or just before the Arsenal game.

I said it after the Stoke game and I'll say it again. Something significant has changed and the squad appears to be reaping the benefits of that change. Maybe its a more settled system, maybe its professional pride, maybe McGinge has altered his training. Whatever it is we are unrecognisable from the side we were in mid-November. Credit to them all and Happy New Year!

Wir wünschen dir auch nen guten Rutsch.

Great performance, huge three points and can't really fault any of the players (apart from a dodgy minute for our centre halves).

I'm sure the media will make a big deal about Chelsea underperforming but that was a huge step forward for us, and hopefully it'll kick start us going into the New Year. Have a good un all!

McCleish has got the right idea, our last couple of managers have started off like a train and then run out of steam by the new year. Hopefully we can finish the season with a good run up to end.

Fully agree, something significant has happened.
Lets hope we can build on this, offload some more of the hangers on in January, and then add some quality when we are able.

Ozzjim described exactly how I feel.

Last 3 performances have been quality.
