Guzan, Cuellar, Collins, Dunne, Warnock, N’Zogbia, Petrov, Clark, Albrighton, Ireland, Agbonlahor. Subs: Marshall, Bannan, Hutton, Weimann, Gardner, Delfouneso, Bent.

Surprised Hutton on bench I'm guessing Bent isn't 100 %

Interesting. Probably the team most of us would have liked. Let's hope Ireland doesn't go missing and the two wingers don't play with shrivelled willies.

Come on you Villa boys, hopefully Bent on bench is just fitness issue. Good to see Ireland in the team, hopefully that'll aid creativity.

Bent on the bench. hmmm.
I'm hoping it's a precaution as he was touch and go anyway

Looks about right really. We have to play one up against Chelsea and we need that front man to be more pro-active than Bent would be. Largely, that's probably our form side put out (Collins had a good game against Stoke, despite his gash season so far), so hopefully we can put in a decent performance, and perhaps sneak a result.

Still rather see Cuellar at Cb and Hutton at Rb.

That's the right team. Bent coming back from injury and no need to give Hutton his place back given how wellthat back four did last weekend. I hope Ireland's inclusion draws a line under his festive events and he turns in a top performance.

Bent was 50/50 yesterday, so that explains why he's on the bench. Good to have options.

I think Bent is off, I'm buzzing Ireland is getting another chance. All he needs to do is replicate his first half performance against Arsenal.

Come on Villa!
