Brian, I'm surprised the FA could even consider such a ban, especially when you take into account the huge part they and their neighbours Everton played in promoting the cause of black players through the 70's and 80's.

One of the few football reporters I have time for he was very obviously disgusted with the way Liverpool FC had reacted to this affair.
