However, the club should start well before the end of the season to consider if this (football a la McLeish) is really what they want (and a feasible way to make us progress as a football club).

Just out the ground. I think McLeish deserves a bit of credit. Superb display. Ireland man of match.
I may not think McLeish is the best manager in the world but I still want him to succeed.
