Guzan, Hutton, Collins, Dunne, Warnock; N’Zogbia, Petrov, Herd, Albrighton, Agbonlahor, Bent.

Looks like 4-4-2. Might be good for a rapid counter-attacking strategy, but we're relying on Petrov to play the outball like Barry used to, and I'm not sure he's got it in him anymore. Still, there's hope.

Guzan - Hutton, Collins, Dunne, Warnock - Albrighton, Petrov, Herd, N'Zogbia - Gabby, Bent.

Subs: Marshall, Cuellar, Ireland, Heskey, Weimann, Delfouneso

The team's not far off what I would have played, though I'd play Bannan not Albrighton. I reckon that side will struggle to keep the ball.

Bench extremely attacking too.

Over all, I'd have thought McLeish is trying to demonstrate that he is an attacking manager. I'd rather he coached the side to pass the ball properly than stick an almost ridiculous amount of attacking players in the 16. We could get caught out if we need to bolster the backline through injury.

It is a must win game for both teams. Very strong, attacking line up. Looking forward to the game now.

Who's this Cahill bloke?

BOLTON: Jaaskelainen, Robinson, Cahill, Tuncay, Knight, K Davies, M Davies, Klasnic, Eagles, Pratley, Boyata. Subs: Bogdan, Steinsson, Muamba, Petrov, Kakuta, O'Halloran, N'Gog.

Paul AVFC: VILLA: Guzan, Hutton, Collins, Dunne, Warnock; N’Zogbia, Petrov, Herd, Albrighton, Agbonlahor, Bent. Subs: Ireland, Marshall, Clark, Weimann, Delfouneso, Bannan, Heskey.

Come on you Villa boys!  Not convinced with Albrighton either, didn't do a great deal last week (who did?).  Decent options from the bench though.

Sorry, you're right, I meant Bannan (hence the 'very attacking bench' comment!)
