So, I see the Liverpool kit is produced by someone called Warrior - they are listed on Google as Lacrosse and Hockey apparel specialists !!   'ooo da fuck are dey' ?

I wonder if the Liverpool fans were up in arms as much as some ours were when we dropped Nike for 'poxy, cheap, smalltime' Macron.

I imagine the reported £25m a year contract they signed with Warrior softened the blow somewhat.

Surely that was based on them getting Champs League football?  I can't imagine they would be getting anything like that amount as things stand currently.

Surprises me thay are asking people to pre-order shirts when we have no idea what the shirts actually look like yet, surely it makes sense to show the new shirts and then get pre-orders in ready for the day it goes on sale?

It's going on sale the day it's launched.

Not really, lots of people (in particular young kids) want the new shirt every season and don't care what it looks like. I bet the pressured parent market has already meant a decent number of pre-orders have been made.

given the sneak preview, I'm very tempted indeed to get the home kit without seeing it up close. I think the pre-order thing is a great idea. In fact the whole way they've handled the kit from development to marketing the launch has been quite excellent.

Other teams new kits.

The Stoke one looks like they are trying to appeal to a new audience with a love triangle for Crouch, while Norwich one looks like a group of rugby players and the Swansea one 4 kids dragged off the street looking really confused by the whole thing.

Don't like any of them. They aren't claret and blue or have a Villa crest on.
I thought I'd read that Citeh had been added to the Nike stable now

I was mainly meaning online orders being taken now before we can see what the new shirts look like, im interested in getting the away shirt but until i see the design i wont place my order.

Has it been confirmed as lime green or is that just speculation?

Not sure about the colour....

Damn, we should get back Emule.  He'd be the penalty area ninja in that

No need for silly comments like that.

Their kit is made by Umbro, and they were tied in to a six year deal. But as Umbro is owned by Nike, Nike decided they were bigger than Umbro, and so bumped them up to a global Nike deal.
Also Gary Cook was a big cheese at NIke before he went to Citeh, so there's gonna be links there.

Look at the bottom corner of the pic, looks like we could have claret socks if that is one of the new socks.

Shirt deals are normally fixed and one thing about Liverpool, they can still shift shirts, I'm sure fairly recently they were 3rd or 4th most sold with only ManU, Barca and possibly Real ahead of them.
