It looks like a nasty NASL "soccer" shirt that Rodney Marsh would wear!

I know we are going with macron now but Le Coq Sportif would have been great, just think of the retro range we would have had!
i think the didier six kit was one of the best we ever had. i also loved the one with thin yellow and claret and hoops.
if anyone knows how to do piccy thing feel free please!

Wasn't worth making a new thread, but am I right in thinking at the end of every season the Villa put all the remaining stock of that years merchandise for sale at Villa Village really cheap?

All the stuff left over from training, boots etc too?

If so, any idea what sort of date it will be? Some of the Nike stuff was really nice and I'd like to get a bit as it'll no doubt be 'retro' in a few years. Wouldn't mind some boots/shorts on the cheap either.

They have been flogging off anything with Nike on for at least a couple of weeks.

There'll be the white tent outside the club shop at the end of the season, I'm sure.

Its already started, I bought some shirts and shorts for a about a tenner, the players training stuff goes on sale obv after the last training session. The boots aren't usually particualarly cheap though given their condition.

I've always had a problem with the ex-player kit stuff.  Alan Wright XXL shirts?  I think it's just a marketing ploy.

I use for bed, 5-a-side or rugby a pair of Reebok blue away shorts, no 29 - apparently Michael Standing's.  He wasn't 6 Ft 5, 19 stone with a 42' waist.
